BOTTLES:
ERDINGER
Kristal: fine filtration beer with a “crystal” appearance. A nose of spice and fruit with a clean sparkling taste and frothy finish.
Dunkel: strong, smooth, dark and full-bodied wheat beer with a fine hops and dark malt signature.
Weissbeir: double matured and brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law. Elegant and balanced with a light spice and mildly bitter hops.
MAISELS
Kristal: award winning wheat beer with a light and perfectly balanced bouquet of ripe banana and citrus underpinned by barley hops and sun ripened wheat.
Dunkel: mahogany-hued and crafted from a select blend of wheat malt and gently roasted, caramelised specialty malts. Bittersweet and spicy on the palate.
Original: The fresh bouquet of choice yeast and pleasant fruit tones combine at the first taste with the mild flavours of malt, fruit and fragrance of cloves with a hint of nutmeg.
Alcohol-free: deep amber wheat beer with a creamy smooth feel on the palate. A touch of fruit and clean cereal create a soft and satisfying taste profile.
BAYREUTHER
A genuine Bavarian “Helles” – crisp, fresh, and full of flavour. It’s a light, fresh, tasty Lager made with the finest most pure ingredients.
CLAUSTAHALER
Dry-hopped, non-alcoholic: unfiltered beer with a golden orange hue. Easy to drink with crisp, bitter notes and a hint of sweet malt.
INSEL BRAUEREI
Baltic Stout: deep and dark with a heady aroma of Turkish coffee. A creamy palate of roasted oat and wheat barley complete this warm and wonderful sensory delight.
Baltic Dubbel: dry and elegant with a bouquet of dark dried fruits. Drinks like a wine with a soft and smooth rum raisin finish.
Baltic Tripel: A rich sun-yellow brew with intense, mysterious aromas. Spicy notes combine with a touch of fruit and predominant malt character. Like a grilled peach with fresh herbs. Very dry and wine-like, reminiscent of a Pastis on a warm summer evening. Really unique.
FRUH KOLSCH
Warm- fermented with ale yeast. Simple, clean and fresh on the palate with early malt sweetness and a light spicy after-taste.
Alcohol Free: for those that want to skip the alcohol but not the Fruh Kolsch taste
LANDBEIR
Zwick’l: a light delicate reddish colour. It is unfiltered and slightly opaque. The natural ingredients such as protein, brewer’s yeast and other flavours are fully retained and manifest themselves in a full-bodied spicy profile with finely balanced nuances of malt and bitters.
Dunkel: a full bottom-fermented beer, robust and full-bodied in flavor, left in its natural state and dark in color. It develops over a long fermenting and maturing period to emerge as a very well-balanced and extremely agreeable specialty beer, with a flavour of caramel and bread crust.
1857: On initial tasting, Original 1857 develops a full-bodied spicy flavor and then gives a satisfying balanced hopped note in the aftertaste. With golden hues, this beer has a flavour of green apples, honey, and flowers. The beer has a mild body and is not too bitter.
FRANZISKANER
Weissbier: The bottle conditioning creates a cloudy appearance, and when poured it forms a foamy white long lasting head. Fruity tones consisting primarily of bananas and apples turns this creation into a zesty experience.
Dunkel: Copper-coloured with a creamy, latte-like head. The aroma displays a slightly smoky character and a blend of mocha and iced coffee. The palate is malty-sweet up front and finishes fine with almost no bitterness.
SCHOFFERHOFER
Hefeweizen: an iconic German Wheat Beer, Hefweizen delivers typical flavours of cloves and spices with a hint of banana. Fantastically full-bodied, a nice lemon zest comes through on the back palate to round out the taste profile.
Kristall: All yeast is carefully filtered out of this variant, giving it its characteristic, perfectly clear appearance. Aromas of biscuit malt, honey, ripe banana, and a hint of cloves. The flavour is crisp and clean, with fruity banana bread and cereal grain notes.
WELTENBURGER
Kloster Asam Bock: A strong, dark Doppelbock that´s more than meets the eye. Malty-aromatic, sweet, pleasantly heavy, with an intense fragrance and strong flavour.
Kloster Barock Dunkel: This is the world’s oldest dark beer. A true experience of flavour. Full-bodied, with fine malt aromas. Slightly bitter with some sweetness, creamy and with the warm colours of amber, intense flavour and heady fragrance.
WEIHENSTEPHAN
Hefeweissbier Dunkel: fruity-fresh sweetness and hints of mature bananas harmonise with delicious flavours of roasted malt, sparkling and full-bodied with a light caramel taste on the first sip
Pils: A traditional Pilsner style beer with a smooth, pale malt background and the grassy, floral aromas of European Hallertauer hops. Sweet and well balanced with a refreshingly crisp finish.
Kellerbier: Naturally cloudy, the fresh and fruity aroma combines with a well balanced malt body – a wonderfully mild and smooth beer.
WEISSENOHER
Eucharis Pils: The aroma is strong bready malt with hints of green apple. Taste is malt with hints of honey sweetness and a slight tartness with low bitterness. Light body. Smooth and light mouth feel with a slightly sweet short finish. Easy drinking.
Bonifatius Dunkel: A strong but tasty dark country beer, whose traditional character is emphasised by its high root wort content of 12.6%. Brewed only with dark malt in an elaborate mashing process. Strong in the finish, adequate bitterness, and a pleasant roasted flavour.
Bonator Doppelbock: The beer is dark ruby in colour, and has a big sweet malt and fruit aroma. The predominant taste is toffee and caramel malt, red berries, some spice and a decidedly woody note from the hops. It finishes drier with a gentle warmth from the alcohol that is well hidden in amongst all that flavour.
Altenmunster: Sweet honey malt flavour with light bitter grassy hops finish.
Leikeim Kellerbier: Brass color and naturally opaque – sweet as honey and nutty aroma. Full-bodied initial taste and harmoniously tart in the finish.
PAULANER
Munchner Hell: Mild, elegant malts carry a touch of sweetness and a soft hint of hops in the background. This tastes wonderfully subtle, spicy and naturally hearty.
Weissbier: Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold, this weissbier has a mild aroma of banana, mango and pineapple. Nicely balanced between sweet and bitter.
CLAUSTHALER
Clausthaler Original: Unfiltered Dry-Hopped beer is a golden-orange coloured beer, with crisp bitter notes and a hint of sweet malt. This is full flavoured German Lager with almost no alcohol. Crisp, fresh and full bodied, it is a great alternative to traditional low alcohol beers.
Clausthaler Dry Hopped: Full-bodied and hoppy with hints of malty caramel. Crisp citrus notes complete the taste of this delicious amber non-alcoholic beer.
Clausthaler Grapefruit: Crisp and refreshing, this non-alcoholic beer combines Clausthaler original and natural carbonated grapefruit flavor for a zesty flavor experience that can be enjoyed year round.
