ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance with Section 16.3 of the Harmonie German Club Constitution, the Harmonie German Club Canberra Inc. Gives members notice that the 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held in the Clubs Auditorium, at 49 Jerrabomberra Avenue, Narrabundah, ACT, 2604 on Monday, 16 June 2025 at 6.00pm.

All Full and Honorary Life Members are invited to attend.

The meeting will:

• Confirm the previous AGM minutes.

• Receive and discuss Club reports.

• Relieve and elect Directors of the Club

Please note: There are no special resolutions proposed at this AGM

Nomination forms for the Board of Directors are available at the Club. Completed nomination forms must be received by the Public Officer by COB Monday, 9 June 2025.
