Blamey St Big Band is turning 20!
Currently led by Musical Director Ian McLean AM, Blamey Street has included many of Canberra’s top jazz musicians over its rich history, with the band currently featuring lead trumpet Mark Du Rieu and Derrick Brassington on kit. The band is excited to return to the Harmonie German Club for a night of classic swing, funk and latin, encompassing the band’s achievement of providing Canberra with great jazz for 20 years.
