KillWater hosts CBS October Blues Jam on Sunday 18 October 1 – 4.30pm

KillWater was formed by a bunch of guys seasoned in the pub rock venues throughout the ACT region and founded in a love of music and the desire to get back to the roots.
In the spirit of the godfathers of blues, funk and soul the likes of Buddy Guy, Albert Collins, Bill Withers and Freddie King KillWater is putting it out there with their own electric funk/soul-infused rockin’ blues, shamelessly drawing upon life’s universal themes with songs about getting it on, getting down, getting even, wanting more and getting less. Forged in the fire pits that are the pubs and taverns of the ACT, KillWater is founded on mateship, a love of music and over 120 years experience in live music. A search to unearth our musical influences brings us back to where it all started and dirty it up with some smokin’ bluesy rock numbers.
The host band will be followed by some of the finest musicians in the Canberra region jamming together for a great afternoon of live music.

This is a seated event – STRICTLY NO DANCING Patrons must remain seated unless using the restrooms, or purchasing food or drinks.
