Canberra City Band presents the CW Big Band

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2020, the CW Big Band has been put together by women musicians across the region for a special one off gig. Come along for a great night of big band jazz, celebrating women composers, as well as the classic standards and pop favourites. All proceeds from ticket sales and raffle prizes will be split and donated to CCB Inc, one of the oldest community music organisations in the country, and Karinya House – a communty based organisation, providing supported accomodation, transitional housing and outreach services to pregnant and parenting women and their families who are in crisis.
