Starring award winning entertainer RIA, “The Music of Celine Dion” is a must see show.
If anyone who may be expecting that a Celine Dion show would only be filled with ballads, then all we can say is think again. Our production is based on the similar song selection as Celine Dion’s Las Vegas show which has left audiences breathless after each performance and has made Celine the highest paid artist in Vegas.
“The Music of Celine Dion”, which has played to standing ovations across a number of venues, not only includes her biggest ballads, such as; The Power Of Love, My Heart Will Go On, All By Myself, Think Twice. But also some of her exciting up-tempo hits; River Deep, Mountain High, I Drove All Night, That’s The Way It Is, To Love You More (and many more).
The show includes some of the iconic cover songs which Celine is known to perform in her live shows, featuring duet performances with RIA and her special guest artists. RIA also performs a replica of the on-screen duet between Celine and Frank Sinatra, which won Celine a Grammy Award and can only be described as magic.
Featuring a cast of 6 people on stage consisting of RIA (the star of the show), backed by 6 of Australia’s best musicians and vocalists, plus a fabulous visual show for the Harmonie German Club who have in-house screens. All topped off with beautiful gowns and stage costumes worn by RIA to bring the Celine experience to life.
It takes an artist with passion, class, a big set of lungs and a big heart to pay homage to an artist such as Celine and RIA embodies all of those qualities. Her powerful, dynamic voice is as close as you can get to the sound of the real Celine. RIA is an experienced award-winning entertainer who has worked with International artists such as Ronan Keating, Kylie Minogue, The Madden Brothers, Florence & the Machine, having also worked on the music production of Channel Nine’s “The Voice” for 2 years.
