Live & Local Thursdays - Woodface

This exceptional 4-piece, acoustic based band from Canberra took their name from their much-loved Crowded House’s classic album.  With their unique sound (strong vocals, excellent harmonies, 6 and 12 string acoustic guitars, bass and drums), Woodface deliver great “unplugged” renditions of classic covers – new, old and unusual – and some well-received originals.

Woodface provide high quality performances, a huge range of popular songs with a song list that varies from the moody and the mellow (like Chris Isaak’s “Wicked Game”) to the classics (like Pink Floyd’s “Another Brick In The Wall”) to the more recent (like Ellie King’s “Xs & Os”).
