The ACT’s longest established Probus club.

The Probus Club of Canberra Inc. is the ACT’s longest established Probus club. Founded in 1982. It belongs to the world-wide Probus network which was established by Rotary and we are affiliated with Probus South Pacific Ltd.

Our Probus club has some 70 members at present.  It is an all-male club, but occasionally when there is an appropriate Speaker we invite wives, partners and lady guests to the meetings.

Typically the meeting commences at 09.30am with club business, followed by a club speaker.  Then, at 10.30am, we adjourn for morning tea until 11.00am when the guest speaker gives his or her address.  The meeting concludes at midday, though some members then choose to attend a luncheon in a nearby restaurant with the guest speaker.
